A day trip from Zagreb to the most popular national park in Croatia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a visit to Rastoke Village on your way to Plitvice Lakes. Meet up with the group at 8:30 am and head towards the most popular national park in Croatia, Plitvice Lakes. During the 2.5-hour bus drive, admire the views as you travel out of the city and towards the luscious green landscapes of the park.

On your way to Plitvice Lakes, you stop in the picturesque watermill village of Rastoke, sitting on top of a maze of streams and waterfalls, where you'll explore the old watermills and authentic houses connected with numerous waterfalls and small lakes.

After a 2.5-hour bus drive, you arrive at Plitvice Lakes. In the next 3 to 4 hours, you walk around the crystal clear Lower Lakes, take the train ride to the great waterfall and go for a boat ride across the Big Lake.

The late afternoon drive back to Zagreb ends at the same spot from which the day trip started.
