Aug 31stZagreb city tour

The Free Spirit walking tour is designed for you to learn about the history of the city of Zagreb, and get useful recommendations of the best places and activities that the city offers throughout the year. It is a great introduction for foreign students and includes all the important information needed for a pleasant stay during the semester.

The walking tour is tip-based, so you pay what you want at the end of the tour!
The number of spots is limited and bookings are available until Aug 30th, 2023.

Sep 1st - 3rdZadar, Plitvice Lakes & Kornati

Sep 1st
Departure from Zagreb in the morning and drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a glorious expanse of forested hills and turquoise lakes. You will be in the park for about 3 to 4 hours with guidance in English. You will take a walk around the lower lakes, ride a boat across the biggest lake and end your stay in the park by driving in the electric train through the park. During your stay in the park, you will have free time for lunch.

Drive to a hostel in Zadar Old Town for overnight stay, check-in is followed by a guided walking tour in English to explore the city with a local.

Sep 2nd
After breakfast departure to Kornati National Park - the most dense island cluster on the whole of Mediterranean made of 150 islands, small islands and cliffs. The excursion is a full-day boat experience, so don't forget to pack your swim suits and towels! During the excursion the drinks, snacks and lunch are included, freshly prepared on the boat.

Retun to hostel in the afternoon and free time to explore the city afterwards.

Departure for Zagreb in the afternoon.
Price includes: organization of the trip, tour leader throughout the whole excursion, transfer by bus, entrance ticket to Plitvice Lakes and Kornati National Park , 2 nights at hostel Forum or Downtown in multi-bed rooms with breakfast included, full-day excursion to Kornati by boat with breakfast, lunch and drinks included, guided walking tour in Zadar in English.

Sep 16thPub Crawl Zagreb

Immerse yourself in Zagreb's nightlife scene and meet friends from around the world. Play beer pong, and dance in the most famous bars in Zagreb.

To start the evening, take a shot and learn how to say cheers in the Croatian language. Followed by a match of beer pong where the winners proclaim a trophy, it's time to head to the next pub.

This is where the real fun begins with different games and drinking challenges.

Join us for a day tour to Slovenia! You will get to know why the Triple Bridge is actually triple, where locals buy food, why Napoleon is one of the most popular politicians, why Slovenia really lives with LOVE in its name and... Well, we don’t want to spoil all the surprises, do we?

At 45 minutes north of Ljubljana lies the beautiful alpine resort Bled with its magical lake. Ascend the old castle, perched on top of a steep cliff above the lake, and take some time to enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings from the castle’s terraces.

Oct 14thTaste Zagreb food tour

Join us for the Taste Zagreb tour - check out all the best food locations with traditional and modern Croatian food and discover the locals’ interesting customs.

Visit Dolac, the most famous green market in the city, taste some fresh ingredients, learn more about Croatian continental and coastal cuisine and taste traditional local specialties at five different food spots in the city center. Make sure you come hungry!

Oct 18thCommunism & Croatian Homeland War Tour

A walking tour where you will discover what it was like living in Zagreb during the turbulent years of its recent history.

Our first stop will be the World War II underground tunnels representing the history of Croatia and Zagreb throughout the 20th century, including World War II, almost 50 years of communist Yugoslavia and the fall of communism in Croatia through the Homeland War.

The tour ends in the basement used by locals as a shelter during the air raids on Zagreb where the details of the Homeland War are explained through a video presentation.
