Arrival at Zagreb Airport. Transfer to boutique accommodation in the wine region of Plešivica. Hotel check-in. Dinner with local ingredients paired with Plešivica wines. Introduction to the region’s winemaking story and the detailed travel plan. Overnight stay.
Day 2

Plešivica – Vineyards and Wine Workshop

Breakfast. Visit to the most renowned wineries of Plešivica with a professional sommelier. Wine workshop including fermentation process and tasting of premium varieties. Afternoon at leisure for vineyard walks, pottery workshop, or cycling. Overnight stay in Plešivica.
Day 3

Istria – Truffle Hunting and Wine Tasting
