The eleven-day Adriatic Flavours & Grand Wine Expedition begins in the picturesque wine region of Plešivica, where vineyards, boutique accommodation, and premium wines set the tone. The journey continues to Istria for truffle hunting and pasta-making, before heading to the islands of Krk and Pag for culinary workshops, cheese making, and olive oil tastings. From there, you experience a fishermen’s expedition and savour oysters in Šibenik after exploring Krka National Park.
The adventure then unfolds aboard a luxury yacht to Brač, Šolta, Mljet and Vis, with wine tastings in spectacular settings – from seaside terraces to bottles aged beneath the sea. Throughout, you will enjoy private culinary workshops, Chef’s Table dinners, exclusive wine tastings, and serene moments in untouched Adriatic nature, travelling by minibus, yacht, and speedboat, with overnights in boutique and wine hotels.
