More about this tour
Meet your guide at 6:30 pm in front of the horseman statue on the central Ban Jelacic Square (Main Square) to start your wine tasting experience. First stop is the oldest wine cellar in Zagreb, just minutes from the starting point. In an over 200 years old cellar, you will be introduced to the wine culture and the diversity of wines in Croatia. After tasting two wines you will continue the tour into the second wine bar, also centrally located.
A professional sommelier is going to provide guests with a more in-depth explanation of the different wine regions in Croatia. Each guest will taste four different wines, each one from a different region. Through the 2,5-hour wine experience, guests will learn about the regional characteristics of wines produced while drinking carefully selected wines from every region.
